Location
The 3 Gerolakos Villas stand on the slope of a hill above the village of  Stavromenos by the upper edge of an olive grove of approx. 20,000 sqm size.
The nearest supermarket is in the village in approx. 350 meters distance. There are also tavernas and bars, as well as around the small tourism spot at the eastern end of the Rethymnon bay (approx. 700 meters).
The beach is approx. 1 km away.

By the National Road hourly public bus service to Iraklion (71 kms) and Hania (68 kms) as well as to Rethymnon (12 kms, during the tourism season every 30 minutes).
Down there are also several bigger hotels, and during the tourism season a variety of shops and restaurants are open.
Iraklion airport is 79 kms away, Hania airport 82 kms. With respect to the National Road's winding character, transfer times from and to the airports must not be underestimated.
